We, Gill, Mako, Valeri and Bob went on a long, rough and very uncomfortable ride, driven by Valeri's friend in Jeep to an abandoned village in Gujareti to where Valeri has pasture and some cows.

Bob and Jill! Thanks for the wonderful pictures and video! I've long wondered how the cheese was made; now I can replicate Georgian cheese making in my own apartment! (Though that might break a few bylaws in the lease!) Hope all is well with you guys,
